For me hulog ng langit ang slimming coffee. Nagfit ren kasi sa lifestyle ko. I need to be alert kahit na super super late natutulog and super aga magising.

I'm a seller and had used leisure 18. The ones you said are side effects of taking slimming products. I had experienced palpitation but I guess my body got used to it after a week. I felt so energized while taking the product. I didn't felt like an old hag like you said. A lot of people who had took the product has the same testimony.

Healthy diet and exercise are still the best to loss weight. But just like me, there are people who just can't because of time or self control.
Time management? I don't believe on the saying about if you really like to do something, you'll always have the time for it. It doesn't apply to all.
For people who are using slimming products, and can't take the side effect, or felt that the side effect is too much, better stop taking the product.
About anxiety, I'm not so sure I know someone who felt this side effect.
I would also like you to know that taking slimming products is better than taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in my case. I can't take vitamin C. There are people who can't take vitamin C. Then why does doctors recommend people to take ascorbic acid even if I tell them that I really can't take ascorbic acid? Ascorbic acid is hazardous for my health.
