slimming products are to help you lose weight fast. in fact, slimming through non-diet like using slimming products are really for the obese (like me).
so if you lose weight, and then gain just a little, it would be cool to just try to eat a little less.
slimming products are not that 100% safe just like what many sellers claim. these are slimming products. these had become a fad, that's why people thought it's 100% safe to take these products.
i'm not saying that these products are not safe. but slimming products are beauty products that we take inside our body, and these have ingredients that makes us slim down. too much of these ingredients, we can't say that it's okay to take such amount inside our body.

nacucurious lang ako kung may side effects ba ito pag patuloy ko parin itong ite-take after 1 year of continuously taking it? kasi natatakot ang dad ko na baka may masamang epekto sakin ito in the long run..
